As a Therapy & Leisure Partner, you''ll work closely with our Lifestyle Coordinator, therapists and care team to deliver meaningful activities that support residents'' physical, emotional and social wellbeing.Your days will be filled with creativity, connection and purpose from facilitating group activities and oneonone engagement, to supporting therapy programs that help residents maintain their independence. You''ll build trusting relationships, encourage participation and help residents stay connected to the things that matter most in their lives.This is a parttime position based at Balladong Gardens in York, with a regular Monday shift of 9am - 3.30pm and opportunities to pick up additional casual hours.Hourly rate from $33.19 - $37.85 dependent on qualifications and experienceAbout the TeamBalladong Gardens is located in the historic township of York, WA a welcoming regional community known for its heritage charm, rolling countryside and relaxed pace of life.
