You will lead clinical assessments, develop personcentred care plans and ensure the safe, highquality delivery of nursing and allied health services.You will provide handson clinical care within your scope of practice while guiding and supporting Enrolled Nurses and Care Partners. From monitoring changes in health status to implementing evidencebased best practice, you will be a trusted clinical leader who helps create a safe, nurturing and responsive care environment.To support our 24/7 care model, you must be available for AM, PM and night shifts.Offering an hourly rate from $42.30 - $52.16 dependent on experience as a Registered NurseFor the fulltime role, we are pleased to offer visa sponsorship, temporary accommodation and a relocation allowance for the right candidate.
