Education and training are central to staff development as we encourage all employees to strive and thrive.Bayside Health was formed following the merger of Alfred Health, Bass Coast Health, Gippsland Southern Health Service, Kooweerup Regional Health Service and Peninsula Health on 1 January 2026.About the Role - Ongoing Part Time (EFT 0.2)Bayside Health - Regional Care Group is seeking an experienced and passionate Continence Nurse Consultant to join our Continence Nursing team at Korumburra Hospital and Leongatha Memorial Hospital. As an integral part of our team, you''ll consult 1:1 with clients referred to our service, providing assessment, education and support for people young and old who experience continence issues. Responsibilities include the provision of confidential consultation and documentation, both in person in clinic or at home, and over the phone. Experience with urinary catheters will be beneficial, knowledge of continence assessment for bladder and bowel, in addition to use of uroflowmetry and bladder scanning will be advantageous.The position will be primarily based at the Korumburra hospital, although traveling to Leongatha Memorial Hospital and surrounding areas will be required.
