You will have a strong understanding of the Arts sector and very strong project management and community engagement skills. You are able to manage your time independently to develop and deliver a diverse range of projects which are at various stages. You easily nurture relationships with a broad range of people across the organisation, community and Arts sectors. You are able to lead and inspire a small team and contribute to strategic plans and reports for the wider organisation. You are committed to supporting the creative industries and have a cando approach to creative problem solving. You are a team player who contributes positively to the strong supportive culture of the team. You can balance new ideas and initiatives with realistic delivery and risk assessments to set projects and people up for success.Qualifications or significant experience working in Arts administration is essential. Leadership and local government experience is highly desirable. Experience in public art would be favourable.
