Their mission is to address poverty, homelessness, and social inequality by delivering essential services such as food, education, welfare support, and access to health care.Their Social Health and Wellbeing team are often the first point of contact for people facing complex challenges. The service provides wraparound support including crisis intervention, case management, and access to a wide range of medical and allied health services.The OpportunityWe are seeking a confident, proactive, and highly adaptable Practice Manager who is deeply passionate about supporting vulnerable people to access the healthcare they need. Based at a newly established community health clinic in Blacktown, you will play a key role in building and growing the client basereaching people in the community who may be experiencing disadvantage, are hesitant to seek help, or are unsure how to navigate the health system.This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape a service from the ground up.
