We now a number of new sites within Victoria and also one in WA. We are growing at a rapid rate due to the overwhelming response we have received since setting up our initial centres. At Belgravia Kids our patrons will experience a friendly and warm atmosphere with coaches that will guide and encourage them.The roleThe Head Gymnastics Coach is accountable for the overall success of the BK Gymnastics programs, meeting or exceeding the quality standards and customer satisfaction KPIs set out in the annual plans and business budgets. You will drive program excellence and maintain the reputation of Belgravia Kids as a leader of quality children gymnastics programming.You will lead a team of Beginner and Intermediate gymnastic coaches and drive a positive, inclusive culture of safety, sales, service and operational excellence through strategic planning and staff training. The Head Gymnastics Coach is a member of the centre''s leadership group.
