About the RoleCasual Chef | Mattara Hotel Dream big with us! The popular Mermaid Waters Hotel is seeking a Casual Qualified Chef to join our professional kitchen team. Candidates with prior experience in a fastpaced bistro or highvolume environment are strongly encouraged to apply, as the capacity to perform efficiently under pressure is crucial for success in this role.
