Enjoy group-wide perks, professional development funding, and monthly peer-led development sessions created by clinicians, for clinicians.Job DescriptionWe are looking for AHPRA Registered Psychologists who can deliver authentic, compassionate, and dependable mental health support in services including Workers Compensation Schemes, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and Medicare clients via telehealth. This is a part-time (1 to 4 days), remote role with potential for a hybrid arrangement in the future. As a clinician with Access Psych, you will help individuals navigate work-related injuries, stress, pain management and other occupational issues, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining balance and avoiding burnout. You will have the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day in a supportive team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals;Work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers and employers to assist people return to work and/or re-engage with the community;Complete assessments and interventions using your clinical skills;Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards.QualificationsGeneral Psychologist Registered with AHPRA;Willingness to obtain relevant accreditations including NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) and WorkSafe Victoria accreditations;You have permanent residency in Australia;You are passionate about improving lives through work and health;You want to be part of a dynamic, social and hard-working team;Interest and willingness to work with workers compensation clients.Additional InformationOur values are at the heart of our work: building authentic relationships, approaching clients with compassion and understanding, dependability, and a focus on finding solutions that work for clients.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcome people with disability, diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, LGBTQI community, veterans, carers and Indigenous Australians.
