In this senior role, you will have endtoend accountability for major projects and client relationships across Education, Living & Aged Care, Commercial Property and Retail sectors. You''ll provide strategic direction, commercial oversight and governance, while mentoring team members and contributing to the growth of our regional capability. This role is suited to an established leader who enjoys balancing project excellence, client trust and team development, and who wants to make a lasting impact in the Northern NSW market.About YouTypically 12+ years'' experience delivering complex property or construction projects. Proven success in Project Director, Associate Director or similar senior clientside roles. Deep understanding of property development and construction delivery, including commercial and risk management. Tertiary qualification in construction, engineering, architecture or a related discipline. Strong clientfacing capability, with experience leading repeat engagements and trusted advisor relationships. Demonstrated ability to mentor teams, build capability and contribute to business growth.
