We also offer a special wedding/event destination.There currently exists a Pastry Cook position within the pastry kitchen. The position would require weekend work and some evenings. The role would require working in a small team who are responsible for all the baking and pastry production for the entire estate.Role requirementsWe ideally would like someone with strong pastry experience in a busy restaurant and/or large scale pastry/baking production establishment in a similar role. The successful person will display excellent organisational skills, good communication skills as well as an ability to self-manage in a pressured kitchen environment.
