Co-located with a retirement village, Bethanie Fields is a 160 bed facility designed specifically to provide support for people who need 24 hour care, including those with special care needs and dementia.You will support our residents to improve their quality of life by assisting with day to day activities, ensuring their safety and wellbeing is maintained while building positive and professional relationships with residents and team members.These roles are offered on a permanent, part time basis (20 hours a week). There are morning, afternoon and night shifts available.Our Care Workers are an integral part of the care and support we provide to our residents.
