This offers a great opportunity to gain experience with a leading industry company focused on resources the world needs.Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the operation of logistics and tooling for the Workshop team.As a candidate who enjoys working in a team of high safety and operational standards you will:Provide high standards of customer service to internal and external employeesCoordinate parts delivery, receivable and returnsAssist in stock availability, reserving, delivering, sorting, storing and staging parts in the storeSupport Tradespeople and Supervisors with assistance with maintenance of workshop and equipmentAdministration activities to support the effective and efficient delivery to the Maintenance TeamFollow standard work management processes aligned with 1SAPTake personal responsibility for achieving resultsActively participate in identification of continues improvementCommit to your development within your technical and professional divisionSafety first with the capacity to speak up and play an active role in positive team culture and creating a great workplaceCollaboration with the great Operations services teamAbout youHold a current unrestricted Australian ''C'' class licensePreference given to individuals with operating experience of any/multiple of the following: Forklift, Tool Store, Parts Coordinator, Warehousing or Trade Assistant experienceDesirable SAP knowledge and experience and Forklift licenceAbility to problem solve and react to unplanned situationsExperience managing the day-to-day completion of scheduled maintenance workExperienced in 1SAP work managementStrong presentation, communication and coaching skills and the ability to work closely in a team environmentProven commitment to look after your own wellbeing and the confidence to speak up when others put themselves in harm''s wayBe focused on working collaboratively within your team to achieve resultsWhat is on offerThis role is based within the Newman of Western Australia, on a fly in fly out 8/6 roster.
