These positions play a vital role in driving team performance, maintaining safety excellence, and supporting continuous improvement across our operations.You''ll be based at one of our Queensland sites Saraji, Caval Ridge, Goonyella Riverside, or Peak Downs depending on operational requirements and your area of expertise.Supervisor positions: 7 days on, 7 days off, 7 nights on, 7 nights off rosterSuperintendent positions: 5 days on, 2 days off rosterAs part of our leadership team, you''ll be responsible for supporting and empowering your team to deliver outstanding results while fostering an inclusive, respectful, and highperforming culture.About YouYou''re a peoplefocused leader who thrives on mentoring and developing others.
