Were passionate about creating engaging, safe and fun environments where children can thrive outside of school hours and we pride ourselves on putting children, families and our team at the heart of everything we do.Were currently seeking an experienced and motivated Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Centre Manager to lead our service at Curran Primary School located in Macquarie Fields.About the RoleAs a Centre Manager, youll lead the daily operations of the OSHC service, support a team of passionate Educators, create meaningful programs, build strong community relationships and ensure quality care before school, after school and during holidays.Youll work across split shifts Monday to Friday:Before School Care: 6.30am to 8.30amAfter School Care: 2.50pm to 6.00pmTotal hours per week: 38 (including admin time)Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the daily operations of an OSHC service.Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate programs.Build positive relationships with families, schools and the wider community.Ensure compliance with NQF, regulatory requirements and internal policies.Manage enrolments, staffing rosters, budgets and service administration.About YouYoure a confident and capable Leader with a genuine passion for working with children and supporting your team.
