In this role, you''ll be the heartbeat of our daily operations, working behind the scenes to make sure our customers have a seamless shopping experience. You''ll play a key part in keeping our virtual shelves stocked (by managing inventory across our hub stores), facilitating large commercial orders, and bringing our exciting promotions to life from Everyday Rewards offers to exclusive Online Only events. If you love the idea of driving growth and delighting customers, read on!Responsibilities IncludeOptimise Stock Availability: Manage ''stock bouncing'' processes to reallocate inventory between states and the central warehouse, ensuring fulfillment hubs are optimised for customer delivery.Facilitate Bulk Orders: Manage end-to-end commercial bulk sales, including quoting, voucher issuance, customer escalations, coordinating stock with Commercial and Replenishment teams and transaction completion.Execute Member Pricing: Lead the setup of Everyday Rewards promotions, handling IT label requests, troubleshooting, and cross-team coordination to ensure accurate offer delivery.Support Online Events: coordinate ''Online Only'' events by managing product nomination sheets and testing coupon codes (1P & 3P) for accuracy and exclusions.Drive Process Improvement: Champion digital workflows and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and the overall customer experience.What you''ll bringYou have the experience: You bring at least 1 year of experience in a support or service environment, from instore or in a support office.You know your way around Excel: You are comfortable with data, reporting, and using formulas/lookups to get the job done.You have an eye for detail: You notice the small things others miss, catching errors early and completing tasks with precision.You take ownership: You don''t wait to be told what to do, chasing down information you need, flagging risks early and seeing projects through.You are a clear communicator: You can engage confidently with anyone, from internal stakeholders to customers.You are a problem solver: When issues pop up, you stay cool, find the cause, and fix it quickly.You are organised: You know how to prioritise tasks and hit deadlines without breaking a sweat.You get customers: You recognise decision making impacts on the customer journey, and make sure their experience is smooth.You get business: You understand how operations impact the bottom line and the customer experience.What You''ll ExperienceA global business with endless career possibilities around every corner and across every discipline with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business network.A progressive and competitive leave policy that gives you more space for what matters to you.Team discounts across our range of Woolworths Group brands you know and love and a robust rewards program that celebrates and incentivises purpose-driven work.Opportunity to Salary Sacrifice, enabling team members to purchase selected eligible items or services from pre-tax salary.
