The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Compliance Regulations and hands on experience in building world class Compliance products. If you''re passionate about building scalable, secure solutions that drive crypto adoption, join us and be part of a team that''s redefining the digital asset experience.ResponsibilitiesOversee and lead the Compliance product team, monitor performance, manage incidents and identify enhancement opportunities for both existing and potential new solutionsDevelop and liaise with Compliance and internal stakeholders building world-class Compliance product solutionsEvaluate and improve Compliance product performance by tracking key metrics and notificationsPartner with multiple internal teams to identify and alleviate Compliance promptlySupervise project progression of respective teams and ensure all stakeholders are updated on the latest statusFormulate and employ processes and procedures for tasks associated with regulator Product operation, incident management, reporting, and communicationRequirementsAt least 8-10 years of experience in Product DevelopmentProven exposure in Compliance related Product management, preferably in Finance or Technology industryAt least 2+ years of leadership experienceStrong understanding of Compliance, Transaction Monitoring, AMLProven track record in launching Compliance features productsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
