Collaboration, can-do attitudes, and opportunities for growth are at the core of everything we do.With the Kal East Gold Operation ramping up, a robust project pipeline, and exploration activity accelerating across our tenements, Black Cat is firmly on the path to becoming a multi-operation gold producer.Be Valued Work with a company that genuinely cares about its people.Be Heard Be in an agile organisation where your input makes a real difference.Be Involved Join one of WA''s most exciting underground gold mine restarts.Location and RosterFIFO from Perth, Darwin, or Broome; or DIDO from Onslow, Exmouth, Karratha, or Dampier.Paulsens is located in the Ashburton Basin, Eastern Pilbara 211 km inland from Onslow and 180 km west of Paraburdoo.Flights are to Onslow or Paraburdoo, followed by a two-hour bus to site.Roster: 15/13, alternating between day shift and night shift.About the OpportunityAs a Process Operator, you are responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned operations and equipment within the mill and crushing circuit, to optimise mill feed, circuit availability and gold recovery.Key AccountabilitiesMonitor, control and operate processing and crushing circuits of the mill including multi-stage crushing circuits, grinding, CIL, gravity and electro-winning circuits, gold room, tails storage facility, stackers, conveyors and water systems.Conduct clean-up duties to ensure equipment is functioning properly and safely.Assist Fitters in the repair of equipment to ensure minimal impact on production.Operate all associated support equipment, including the excavator, front end loader and skid steer / bobcat safely and productively.About YouThree years practical experience operating processing plants, and associated infrastructure in the mining industry. Gold experience preferred.Capability to complete repetitive tasks at a consistent standard.Working at Heights and Confined Space ticket (or ability to gain).Proven experience within a Gold Room operation is an advantage.Why Join Us?At Black Cat, you''re more than just a number.
