We''re not just mining gold we''re building a team where people matter, voices are heard, and careers are grown.With the Kal East Gold Operation ramping up and the Paulsens mine back in production, a robust project pipeline, and exploration activity accelerating across our tenements, Black Cat is firmly on the path to becoming a multi-operation gold producer.Be Valued Work with a company that genuinely cares about its people.Be Heard Contribute your ideas in an agile organisation where everyone''s input matters.Be Involved Be part of the journey as one of WA''s most exciting underground gold mines restarts.Location and RosterFIFO from Perth, Darwin, or Broome to site or DIDO from Onslow, Exmouth, Karratha, or Dampier.Flights are to Onslow, then a two-hour transport to site.The roster is 15/13, day shift only.About the OpportunityWe are looking for Fixed Plant Fitters interested in joining our team at our Paulsens site.This position is responsible for performing preventative, planned and breakdown mechanical maintenance and statutory checks on the mill and associate infrastructure to ensure ongoing reliability and efficiency.About YouTrade Certificate with post trade experience working on processing plants with preventative maintenance programs and systems particularly incorporating mills, crushers, conveyors, gearboxes and pumps.Awareness of Maintenance Management Systems, maintenance planning and creation of work orders utilising software such as Pronto.Demonstrated fault-finding and diagnostic experience on fixed plant equipment.Demonstrated ability to carry out routine inspections of machinery and fixed plant including preventative measures and condition reporting.Confined Space and Working at Height ticket.Why Join Us?At Black Cat, you''re more than just a number.
