You''ll collaborate closely with our crossfunctional team and cybersecurity experts to turn big ideas into polished user experiences. This is a chance to influence not just how we build, but what we build, and grow as a technical leader as we scale. You''ll join us at a critical growth stage, where our platform is live with enterprise customers and focusing on scaling ourend architecture, enhancing performance, and rapidly delivering new features using React, MUI and Node.js.What You''ll DoDrive architectural decisions to ensure scalability, security, and resilience as we grow our customer base.Mentor engineers and contribute to developing technical leadership within the team.Collaborate with leadership on longterm technology roadmap and ensure technical priorities align with business objectives and customer needs.Build, improve and maintain userfacing and backend features with React, Node.js, GraphQL, Material UI, JS, and CSS.Translate product requirements into technical specifications for elegant, secure, and scalable solutions.Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to design, develop and deploy software solutions.Participate in agile software development process including sprint planning, code reviews, and architectural decisions.Write clean and efficient code that is easy to maintain and scale, and help uphold engineering best practices through thoughtful code reviews.Contribute to the evolution of our platform as we tackle new challenges.What We''re Looking ForDemonstrated experience designing, building, and deploying enterprisescale SaaS applications, including multitenant architectures, high availability, and robust security controls.Proven track record of implementing scalable cloudnative infrastructure (AWS preferred), including monitoring, observability, cost optimization, and automated deployment pipelines.Strong understanding of software design and integration patterns (APIs, SSO, identity management, RBAC) to meet customer and security requirements.Experience leading technical architecture decisions in scaling environments, including performance tuning, data modeling for scale, and highvolume transaction processing.Ability to balance shortterm delivery with longterm technical strategy.Proven experience with React, Node.js, GraphQL, Material UI, JS, and CSS.Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering and nontechnical teams.Familiarity with agile development, CI/CD, and version control (e.g. Git).Passion for writing clean, maintainable code and continuously improving how we build.A sharp eye for detail and a methodical, solutionsoriented mindset.You thrive in a fastpaced environment where priorities can shift quickly.AWS DevOps experience.Over 5 years of experience in Software Engineering.Bonus PointsUnderstanding of secure coding practices and application architecture.Experience building security into software from the ground up.Background in cybersecurity or experience in regulated industries.Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).Previous experience in a startup or scaling product environment.Why You''ll Love Working With UsBe part of a venturebacked startup solving one of cybersecurity''s biggest gaps.Join a collaborative, hightrust team that values autonomy and curiosity.Flexible working hours as long as you meet your commitments.Competitive package: salary and equity options.Influence the product and strategic direction of the company as one of our early hires.Grow with us: Your career will progress in line with the company''s growth.We offer team events and offsites.Our vibe?
