Busy Tier 1 builder are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with finishes experience for a $750 mil health job in Wollongong. They are an industry leader, winning continuous work and specialise in projects up to $1 bil in a number of sectors.As the Site Supervisor, you will work closely with the Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality benchmarks, and project timelines. You will be responsible for managing daytoday operations, coordinating subcontractors, and communicating effectively with the project team.You will have experience with finishes and facade to be considered for this role, they are looking for someone to take ownership of these packages.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Site Manager in coordinating and supervising all construction activitiesEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesOversee the excavation, structure and finishes phases of the projectCollaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are metProvide leadership and guidance to site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environmentMonitor project progress and report to the Site Manager on a regular basisAct as a mentor to junior staff, preparing them for future leadership rolesRequirementsProven experience as a Foreman delivering projects in excess of $50mPrevious experience with a Tier 1-2 construction companiesHave experience with finishes on previous projectsGood proven tenure at previous companiesStrong commitment to safety and excellent communication skillsProficiency in managing excavation and structure phases of construction projectsA cando attitude and good work ethic.Ability to effectively lead a team and solve problems under pressureBenefitsWork for a business that is winning continuous work and has a great workplace cultureStrong leadership team and support from senior managementClear progression opportunitiesFamily like cultureGain exposure on different types of projects ranging from $50 mil - $1 bil.Work with some of the industries bestIf you feel this is the role for you please get in touch with Gaby Scott: 0466901687 / [email protected] #J-18808-Ljbffr
