Our ideal candidate is fantastic and has an ability to see opportunities and work that opportunity into a viable business solution for our clients.This is a 6-month contract role with potential to extend to a permanent opportunity beyond the contract term.What You''ll Be DoingNew Business Development 60%Work with the Client Partnerships team to create sales strategies for commercial rights holdersIdentify relevant business and partnership opportunities for our commercial rights holders and create lead lists that are maintained through a CRM sales tool (Hubspot)Maintain an agreed level of lead generation (emails, calls, follow ups etc.) for each rights holder and asset in line with agreed KPIsDevelop proposals and liaise with broader team to build ideas and offerings for clientsDraft, negotiate and formalise agreements and contracts for partnershipsLead clients through the Deal / Opportunity workflow, in consultation with specialist team(s)Provide a delightful customer service experience through all aspects of the sales processResponsible for hitting individual sales targets and impact broader team and agency budgetsEffectively hand over accounts to the Client Lead(s) or Project Delivery team once agreements are formalised and the foundations of partnerships are in placeRepresent Bolster Group at relevant industry events to establish new relationshipsAccount Management 30%Remain accountable for the client experience by maintaining a level of oversight during the project delivery phase, supporting the Partnerships Director and delivery team(s)Collaborate with the specialist team(s) to ensure that the highest quality of work is producedTake clients out for special events and occasions, making them feel the love and appreciationNurture communications with our existing clients and conduct frequent temperature checksBuild and foster strong relationships to enable easier renewals with brand partnersFind opportunities within current accounts to grow scope in existing servicesFind opportunities within current accounts to sell in new services and grow accountsEngage partner brands in a timely manner annually by monitoring key calendar moments / milestonesAdmin & General Duties 10%Communicate effectively with internal team members, client and external stakeholdersComplete all admin tasks accurately and in a timely mannerMaintain Hubspot > Monday.com workflow on a daily basisAttend internal team meetings including WIPs, training sessions and ad-hoc brainstormsKeep across trade media and movements within the industry regarding brands and agencies in the key markets we are looking to engageAbout YouProven history of managing and building rapport with clients and stakeholdersStrong ability to identify new business opportunities and pitchExperience in finding smart solutions to client challenges / problemsExperience selling partnerships related to an asset or specific eventExperience within the entertainment / culture / music / events / ticketing / media industriesStrong network and relationships in any of the above industriesExperience in performance and digital marketing, be able to advise clients on best practiceStrong understanding of social media marketing / content marketingA laser-focus on KPIs, with particular attention to how they can be accurately measuredAn understanding and love of music and other cultural pillars that our clients sit withinOur CultureBest described by our values, which serve as the guiding principles in how we interact with our peers, partners and clients:Eyes on culture.
