Everything we do is dedicated to enabling, celebrating and supporting older Australians to live and age positively.Part time role Wed - Fri 7am-3pm at Denham Court at Willowdale Aged Care.About The OpportunityWe are looking for experienced Registered Nurses with a passion to work in Aged Care to work with a great supportive team. Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to the elderly in line with Aged Care and Bolton Clarke standards whilst working within a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for completing holistic assessments, developing appropriate care plans, evaluating, and determining clinical decisions that guide our care staff.Your Duties Will Include, But Not Limited ToDay to day delivery and management of high-quality care needs of residents whilst ensuring that all residents are respected and treated with empathy and dignityManage and direct AIN''s and PCW in day-to-day activities for residentsSupport the Residential Manager/Care Manager to fulfil the objectives they have for the effective and efficient management of the facilityRecording accurate medical records on each resident in line with the documentation guidelines and the legal issues of report writingComply with WHS legislation and Policy and ProceduresParticipate in continuous improvement process and systems.About YouThe successful candidate must demonstrate the following:Current Registered Nurse (Division 1) registration with AHPRAMinimum of 12 months experience as a Registered NurseAbility to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staffStrong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growthCome and work for an organisation committed to resident respect and dignity, where you will receive a competitive salary and benefits.Note: Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker CheckBenefitsOur culture is both supportive and collaborative, where you can make your role your own.
