Everything we do is dedicated to enabling, celebrating and supporting older Australians to live and age positively.Welcome To Winders Lodge Aged CareSituated on the south end of the Tweed Coast in Banora Point, Bolton Clarke''s Winders Lodge provides high-quality aged care in a friendly, secure and tight-knit community environment.About the OpportunityAs the Head Chef you will be responsible for delivering fine dining cuisine and catering services which meet the specific needs of our luxury Signature Services Homes and residents while maintaining the Bolton Clarke Catering Policy within an approved budget.
