We are seeking a selfmotivated Revenue Administrator to join our Eagle Farm based team on a fulltime basis.About the position: Reporting to the Shared Services and Credit Manager, the successful applicant will provide functional support in relation to revenue and general operational commercial activities. This position will actively work with relevant Regional Business Unit managers as well as General Managers.DutiesGenerate timely and accurate invoices ensuring all customer requirements are adhered to.Ensure all internal and external customer enquiries are dealt with efficiently and effectively.Audit relevant allocations and revenue data daily to ensure invoicing accuracy and adherence to processes.Create and lodge submissions and claims.Assist with month end processes and reconciliations.Perform general accounts receivable functions.QualificationsMinimum of 12 years'' experience in a similar administration capacity (preferably within a fastpaced industrial environment).Experience with MEX, Great Plains, Visual Dispatch, Ariba, Optus Portal, Nokia Site Forge, Taulia, Bluescope Steel Portal, Esso Portal is desirable.Exceptional literacy skills.Very good organisational skills.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.BenefitsUpskilling, training and development opportunities.Salary sacrifice packages.Options to purchase leave.Access to global employee benefits and reward platform.Free and confidential counselling through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Join a community focused on safety, inclusion and development.We recognise the importance of diversity.
