You''ll act as a primary point of contact for customers on transactional banking matters, managing queries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism. You will also participate in customer meetings and site visits, contributing to clear communication and successful implementation of AMG''s specialised workout strategies.You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all borrower data across BOQ''s internal systems, from onboarding through to file closure. The role includes preparing materials to support AMG Credit Submissions and coordinating the endtoend implementation of new lending facilities or variations. This involves initiating requests with Loan Centre operational teams and managing each step through to practical completion, ensuring a seamless and compliant process.In addition, you will support the delivery of approved workout and exit strategies, maintain uptodate collateral information, and manage all operational aspects related to specific provisioning and facility writeoffs.You will also engage with external legal and valuation firms, providing instructions and overseeing their work on security reviews, settlements, documentation, valuations, and related matters. This position offers a diverse and handson opportunity to contribute to the effective management of complex borrower groups within AMG. About youYou will bring a solid academic foundation, holding a degree in business, accounting, finance or a related discipline, paired with practical experience in retail and/or business lending. Your background may also include exposure to Asset Management, Insolvency, or similar environments, enabling you to navigate complex borrower situations with confidence. With strong attention to detail and welldeveloped analytical, problemsolving, and customer service skills, you are able to assess information thoroughly and support stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.You are comfortable working autonomously, managing competing priorities, and maintaining accuracy across highvolume workloads. Your technical knowledge includes an understanding of key legislative frameworks such as the Consumer Credit Code, Privacy Act, Corporations Law, and the Banking Code of Practice.
