Update profile visibilityBorder Express currently has an opportunity available on our AM shift for an experienced and motivated casualHR Driver/Forklift Operator to join the team at ourGeelong Branch.Casual role with potential for it to go full time (depending on business needs)Attractive pay rate - $38.48/hr + super (casual)Early starts - 5:00AMDiverse role - no 2 days are the same, one day you may be driving, the next you may be operating a forkliftWeekly, reliable payDuties:Ensure the manually load / unloadof parcels and goods from pallets is done safely following correct manual handling processes.Complete and maintain parcel processing records and all documentation associated as required.Adhere to all relevant laws and legislation including load restraint guides, DG codes, fatigue management legislation, road laws and council regulations.Plan and monitor all freight movements for effective utilisation in order to meet the operations time schedule.Communicate amongst your team and supervisors to meet agreed schedules, and **escalate** any issues in relation to processes, safety and operations.Loading and unloading using a forklift.Skills and Experience:Minimum HR Licence with experience.Excellent Driver History Report.Ability to work unsupervised.Ability to adhere to WHS and Safety Regulations.Excellent attitude, a good work ethic and reliability.Willingness to complete a Police Check and Pre-Employment Medical that includes a Drug and Alcohol Test.Join a team that delivers excellence every timeAt Border Express, we''ve been setting the standard for exceptional service and results for over 40 years.
