A key focus will be on **BioHorizons Camlog portfolio,** and you will be seen as the subject matter expert across our entire Implant and Biomaterial portfolios as well as the key point of contact for customers across your territory. You will also work collaboratively with the wider sales team leveraging opportunities and ensuring customers are provided with superior service and solutions.**Key Responsibilities of the role include:*** Providing a high level of expertise on our Surgical solutions (implants, biomaterials, instrument kits).* Developing and growing new and existing trusted partnerships with external customers to support their clinical experience and business growth.* Building and enhancing our brand identity and trust, always with the vision of enhancing the Henry Schein service experience.* Working closely and building confidence with our wider sales team to support both new and existing business and our "Rely On US'' approach.* Achieving monthly and annual sales targets for our Surgical portfolio.* Identifying market trends and growth opportunities.* Developing in-depth knowledge of the Surgical portfolio to provide ongoing training and support to both field sales team and customers* Representing Henry Schein at relevant industry exhibitions, study groups, open days etc.**Your skills, experience, and attributes:*** Strong sales specialist experience within dental/medical devices (preferred), or a solid clinical backgroundspecifically as a dental surgery assistant supporting dental implant procedures and a strong desire to move into a sales role.* Science and/or Business qualifications (preferred), or equivalent handson experience in a clinical, dental, or fieldbased environment, giving you the foundation to become the subject matter expert in our implant solutions.* A passion for healthcare, backed by strong influencing, negotiation, and commercial skills.* Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and work effectively with internal teams, clinicians, and external partners.* A selfmotivated and proactive mindset, thriving in autonomous work and taking full ownership of goals and outcomes.* Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems (desirable).* A valid driver''s licence and the capacity to travel regularly.***** First 6 months you will earn a guaranteed sales bonus* Access to discounts on dental products and other retail products and services* Birthday leave* 13 weeks of paid parental leave (after 12 months of service)* Access to health and wellness programs, and support services* Opportunities for professional development, training, and career progression* Reward & recognition programs, plus many more benefitsWe are very proud of our Great Place to Work**** certification and would like for you to experience working in an organisation that places a huge emphasis on its people.
