The successful candidate will work closely with our Operations Team, Hardware Team, and Sales team to plan, mobilize, and execute international and offshore field operations. The successful candidate will leverage their experience with international and/or offshore oil and gas operations and create strong relationships with our clients to support successful execution and long-term growth.Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Execute most or all portions of international & offshore bid process including cost estimation, project planning, and pricing for clientsDevelop project execution plans and execute projects (end to end) for offshore deployments and international onshore deploymentsSupport country entry strategies including but not limited to logistics and in country set-upWork with international subcontractors to support in-country execution and compliance with local requirementsManage existing accounts and maintain strong client relationships with both management and operationsDeliver and effectively communicate reports, data insights and information to internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the pre and post sales effortsAssist in developing and executing strategies to generate new business leads.Design and implement operational process improvements as neededMonitor customers'' businesses by following industry news, networking and maintaining good communication with usersMonitor, analyze, and gain feedback from customers'' usages of our productRequirementsRequired qualifications:Oil and Gas offshore field experienceInternational field experience4+ years demonstrated account management experience or customer-facing project management experienceDemonstrated experience with independent international project planning and executionDemonstrated success in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationshipsWillingness to work hard and efficiently in fast-paced environmentTravel to international and/or offshore fieldsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work cohesively with a team of scientists, engineers, executives, and support staffPreferred qualifications:B.S. or B.A., in hard science fieldDemonstrated experience and track record growing company revenueSalary is commensurate with education, experience, and skillsThis position can be remoteApplicant must have the legal right to work in the country or region of employmentBridger Photonics, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer .For full consideration, please submit the following: (a) cover letter identifying the position you are applying for and your interest in the job, and (b) resume.
