OverviewTake Charge of a Dedicated Fleet Technician Team at BridgestoneWe are looking for a motivated Fleet Service Manager to lead one of our two dedicated Fleet Service Technician teams. You''ll guide a team of skilled technicians, support our sales and operations functions, and ensure our customers receive the reliable, high quality service Bridgestone is known for.You''ll enjoy:A competitive salary, excellent benefits and be part of our bonus programThe opportunity to lead and develop your own technician teamStrong support from the Fleet Service Operations Manager and national leadershipA culture built on Transparency, Respect, Accountability, Collaboration, and Embracing Change (TRACE)What You''ll Be DoingAs a Fleet Service Manager, you''ll take ownership of one of two technician teams, ensuring they deliver best practice fleet services safely, efficiently, and consistently.Customer Service LeadershipEnsure your team delivers service aligned with SLAsManage ETA (Emergency Tyre Assistance) rosters and timely callout responsesOversee accurate handling of claims and minimise unnecessary escalationsProvide insights on customer needs, competitor activity, and market trendsTeam Recruitment, Training & DevelopmentRecruit and onboard new team members in partnership with HR and your managerSupport performance management, coaching, and disciplinary processesCoordinate training, accreditation, and quarterly check-ins for your teamBuild a positive, engaged, TRACE aligned team cultureOperational ManagementAchieve monthly sales, profit, and operational targets for your teamManage budgets, equipment requests, and operational expensesMonitor technician productivity and implement improvement plansOversee scheduling, GPS reporting, depot audits, and stocktakesEnsure accurate B Mobile usage and timely invoicingProvide after hours support for ETAs and service coordinationComplete operational tasks as directed by the Fleet Service Operations ManagerCompliance & SafetyEnsure your team operates in line with corporate policies and WHSE requirementsMaintain security of products, equipment, and documentationOversee vehicle and equipment servicing and reportingMaintain site and offsite locations to audit ready standardsWhat You''ll BringExperience in fleet services, automotive, transport, or a related operational environmentStrong leadership capability with a focus on coaching and team developmentA commitment to safety, quality, and customer service excellenceSolid organisational and problem-solving skillsConfidence managing budgets, reporting, and operational systemsOur People CommitmentAt Bridgestone, we know what matters to our people.
