The key focus of this role is to provide strategic and handson leadership across the drafting and product development teams, overseeing new product initiatives and the display home program to deliver industryleading design outcomes. More specifically, you will:Oversee and manage high volume drafting workflow across production and sales drafting, display design development and future product developmentLead and oversee a large drafting team, providing coaching, training and developmentDrive continuous improvement by reviewing and streamlining process to improve efficiency, quality and delivery outcomes.Collaborate with the Operations Manager to support recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning for current and future drafting needs.Prepare and present accurate project, workload, and forecasting reports to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.About youYou will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger.
