Our team is committed and driven, and it''s because of them that BNE is such a great airport.About the roleReporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Head of Corporate Finance is responsible for advising on and implementing BAC''s approved strategy and policy in relation to effective commercial management, airline pricing agreements, funding, debt, financial risk management, insurance, complex capital investment project evaluation, taxation and investor relations.A particular emphasis is placed on managing relationships with lenders, ratings agencies, insurers and the Australian Tax Office ensuring compliance with legislation, accounting standards and BAC policies and strategy. In addition, the Head of Corporate Finance is responsible for business planning including corporate modelling, business plan reporting and analytics and plays a key role in providing advisory support in negotiations with airlines with respect to the Aviation Services and Charges Agreements (ASCAs).About youYou like to be part of a happy, high performing team and take pride in making a difference through doing great work.With relevant tertiary qualifications you will have significant experience in large debt financing in both bank and bond domestic and international markets as well as developing and modifying capital structure and Treasury strategies.
