The CARS Community Standards, Health & Biosecurity Section is divided into five dynamic work areas. all working together to deliver compliance services and provide the highest level of community value to Brisbane residents. The Advertising and Development team where this role sits, investigates community reports about development and the use of premises to ensure compliance with relevant approvals and the application of strong, evidence-based decision making that protects Brisbane''s amenity and liveability.The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and valuesdriven leader to guide and support a team of technically skilled Built Environment Officers. This role provides daytoday leadership across our building, development and landuse compliance functions, ensuring consistent, highquality decisions that protect Brisbane''s people, properties and neighborhoods.As a Built Environment Supervisor, you will set clear expectations, support capability development, champion change, and contribute to business planning and continuous improvement.
