This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is servicing the medical industry in providing laboratory automation products that make a difference in the world.ResponsibilitiesBe a champion for all quality control processesInspect incoming and outgoing products to meet quality and engineering standardsResolve quality issues as identified by our manufacturing teamIn conjunction with the Quality Manager maintain key functions of the quality system, including the disposition of non-conformancesLiaise with suppliers on any non-con>Work with the Quality Manager to review customer defect claimsUndertake internal auditsReview and maintain production documentationQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in a similar quality roleEngineering trade background or strong production experienceExperience with metal machining, sheet metal forming, metal casting, plastic moulding and formingKnowledge of GD&T and metrology techniques (advantage)Experience with measuring equipment and ability to read engineering drawingsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented and capable of multi-taskingAbility to work individually or as part of a teamWillingness to travel domestically and internationallyWorking knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, TS 16949Exposure to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement conceptsExperience with cable manufacturing, PCBs, and electronics (highly valued)Experience using Oracle Cloud Agile PLM (advantage)Culture & ValuesCustomer-first mindset we listen, adapt, and deliver with precisionAgility and ownership we move fast, take initiative, and own outcomesGlobal collaboration we thrive on diverse perspectives and cross-functional teamworkContinuous learning we invest in growth, mentorship, and knowledge sharingIntegrity and respect we operate with transparency and value every voiceBrooks Automation is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
