This role will provide direct support to the Managing Director as well as one of our lawyers in the day-to-day running of the practice.Key ResponsibilitiesDiary and email management, including scheduling and coordinating client meetings.Answering and directing telephone calls.Triaging of client matters.Preparing and opening new client files.Arranging client engagement documents to be prepared.Client follow up.Issuing trust account receipts.Dictation transcription and document formatting.Drafting and preparing correspondence and legal documents.Filing, both electronic and paper-based, and maintaining accurate records.General administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the practice.Documentation of processes as and when required.Preparation of and formatting of precedent documentation.About YouWe encourage applicants of all levels of experience to apply.
