Maintaining safety and quality in everything we do, promoting working together to achieve together, by using our resources wisely.What''s in it for you?Competitive base rate + 11.5% Super+ 25% casual loading on topNot for Profit Salary Packagingoptions of up to$15,900 Tax Free, plus $2,650 Meals & Entertainment Card17.5% Leave LoadingPaid Parental LeaveOnsite ParkingAn Employee Assistance Program(EAP)for you and your immediate family.Onsite & Online career development and programsFlexibility - Range of shifts available to suit your lifestyleAward-winning culture programsWhat you will doCleaning & Laundry:Maintaining legislated safety, quality, and hygiene standardsCleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, and living areasCleaning communal and dining areasCleaning and sorting laundryMaintaining adequate supplies of toilet paper, soap, and other cleaning and hygiene supplies for resident use.Adhering to infection control principles, WHS requirements including the safe storage and use of chemicals and complete cleaning requirements according to facility schedulesCompleting required documentation and reportingCatering:Preparation and presentation of dietary services, including meals and drinksDistribution of meals to residents, assisting the chef with meal preparation, cleaning, and general kitchen dutiesDining room servicesProviding excellent personalised service to our residentsEnsure duties are performed in accordance with Infection Control and Food Safety Handling StandardsEnsure a high standard and quality of cleanliness throughout the organisation.Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment.Completion of documentationWhat you will bringTrade certification or qualifications and experience gained in a similar role, preferably within an Aged Care settingExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsCurrently hold and maintain a Police Certificate (or willing to obtain)An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes is highly regarded but not essentialPlease note, covid vaccinations are no longer a requirementInterested?
