YOUR ROLEYou will provide sales and technical support to our Sales Manager and Account managers in an efficient, accurate and timely manner. Working together with the sales team you will utilise your Microsoft Office skills to provide administrative support for our major accounts.RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare various reports as required.Prepare quotations on behalf of Account Managers and Sales Manager.Provide technical support to Account Managers and Sales Manager for their respective customer base.Maintain Customer Catalogues and CRM System up to date.Maintain Online Store Back of house.Maintain Price Files.Business Analytics.CoOrdinate Samples.Assist with New product requests & Product Reclass.Assist with Inventory Forecast Input.CoOrdination of business functions, both internal and external conferences/ seminars.ABOUT YOUUtilize your strong admin, organizational, and communication skills to seamlessly interact with the sales team, ensuring exceptional outcomes for our customers.
