This role is ideal for candidates seeking long-term career stability, structured development, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in healthcare.As a Claims Processing Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end assessment of a diverse range of claims across Hospital, Medical, and Ancillary services. Acting as a trusted link between Bupa, our members, and healthcare providers, you will ensure claims are processed accurately, enquiries are resolved efficiently, and our high standards of service excellence are consistently delivered.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and process Hospital, Medical, and Ancillary claims in line with policy and regulatory requirementsInterpret health insurance policies, schedules, and legislation with precision and careManage inbound and outbound communications relating to claims and member accountsIdentify opportunities to improve processes and support digital self-service initiativesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of enquiriesWork ArrangementsYour first three months will be spent onsite at our Adelaide CBD office, where you''ll complete a comprehensive training and onboarding program. Following this, you will transition to a hybrid working arrangement, balancing time in the office and working from home in consultation with your Team Leader.About YouPrevious experience in health insurance or claims is not required.
