These are entry-level roles supporting the manufacturing and production of joinery components. Both positions are full-time, Monday to Friday, offering stable hours and genuine work life balance. Successful candidates will be placed into the role best suited to their skills, experience, and interests.Key Responsibilities(Duties will vary depending on the role)General labouring duties within the factory and machine shopSafely operating joinery and workshop machinery (e.g. saws, sanders, joinery machines)Preparing, loading, unloading, and organising timber and joinery materialsMeasuring, cutting, shaping, and preparing components for joinery manufacturingMonitoring machine performance and supporting quality outputEnsure daily and weekly maintenance programs set by Factor Foreman and carried out as requiredMaintaining cleanliness of the factory and machine shop in line with WHS requirementsAssisting with inbound and outbound goods, deliveries, and pickups as requiredSupporting daily and weekly maintenance programs set by the Factory ForemanAdhering to all workplace health, safety, and environmental proceduresRepresenting the business professionally and aligning with company valuesAbout YouWe are looking for motivated individuals who:Have experience in a workshop, manufacturing, joinery, or similar environment (preferred but not essential)Are comfortable using hand tools and basic machinery, or keen to learnHave strong attention to detail and a safety-focused mindsetCan work well independently and as part of a teamAre physically fit, reliable, and capable of manual tasksAre interested in building a long-term career in joinery or manufacturingLicences & RequirementsWhite Card (Construction Induction) required or willing to obtainDriver Licence required (manual licence)Forklift Licence (LF) desirable but not essentialManual handling or machine safety training desirableWhat We OfferPermanent full-time employmentMonday to Friday work schedule supporting worklife balanceA professional, well-equipped workshop environmentOn-the-job training and skill developmentExposure to a wide variety of materials, including timber, MDF, and aluminiumA supportive team culture focused on quality, consistency, and craftsmanshipCareer Development PathwayThese junior roles are designed as entry-level positions with long-term potential.
