OverviewThe incumbent is expected to foster strategic thinking in partnership with stakeholders to boost incremental sales to Australia Bulgari.com. He/She is also expected to ensure operational excellence of e-commerce operations for AU B.com. This position also requires strong stakeholder management as it involves working with local/regional and global stakeholders to advance operational and strategic levers across various aspects of the overall Omni Channel business.Ecommerce StrategyIn partnership with stakeholders, align AU b.com strategy. Proactively raise progress vs strategyAlign monthly sales phasing with stakeholders and articulate risk/opportunitiesAlign bottoms up with stakeholders and articulate support neededEcommerce OperationsOversee daily e-Commerce operations: pick, pack & dispatch of e-Commerce orders, timely dispatch, spot orders & CS facilitated remote sales, shortage investigations, missing shipments & personalisation requests done by SAExecute OMS updates to ensure clients receive all necessary documents in a timely fashionOversee the picking and sending of the ecom packaging materials to the other storesExecute creation of shopping carts related to personalization requests for AU ecomm clientsEnsure flawless AU b.com NPS by proactively tracking and escalating customer feedback to stakeholders. Where it is possible, suggest improvements to process for long term improvements.Ecommerce Onsite OperationsAssist with planning and roll out of online events, such as pre-orders and product launches.Ongoing testing and auditing of com to monitor bugs and errorsFortnightly review and optimization of on-siteUpdate promotional banners in line with online events, KCP''s and marketing calendar.Review category pages monthly and ensure merchandizing of pages is aligned with market priorities and sell-through trends.Brief homepage updates, super-navigation image and content block directionSupport with online visual merchandising when requiredUpdate com store locator and Google trading hours ahead public holidays, KCP''s and as required on an adhoc basis.Partner with Global team to review SEO opportunities. To then partner with Marketing team and agency to operationalize and review SEO updatesPartner with Marketing and Marketing agency to review SEM copies with the intent of balancing brand equity and performance marketingPartner with Global teams for any onsite launches via UAT (e.g. New Payment Systems, New conversion optimizations)Additional adhoc tasks as requested both locally, regionally and centrallyEcommerce Insights And ReportingExecute & analyze weekly/monthly/adhoc reporting to provide continuous insights into business strengths and opportunities to local/regional/global stakeholders Build, manage, analyse and refine e-commerce strategies through usage of GA4 to optimize traffic, conversion, AOV, time on site, bounce rate & UX to maximize brand, sales and customer KPI''s.Evaluate customer behaviors, market conditions, and competitor activityProfileStrategic & Operational Acumen: Demonstrates robust operational skills while maintaining the ability to step back and formulate strategic next steps.Exceptional Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to effectively manage diverse stakeholders, entrepreneurial spirit with drive to grow AU B.com while adeptly balancing the needs and priorities of the overall brand.Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and demonstrating flexibility to thrive within a fast-evolving e-commerce landscape.Knowledge of ecommerce tools : GA4, Salesforce (eCommerce cloud), PIM/DAM, Google ConsoleAnalytical Proficiency: Comfortable working with data and numbers, with specific familiarity in e-commerce KPIs, brand KPIs, and their impact on brand performance being a significant advantage.Relevant Experience: Ideally possesses prior experience within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or e-commerce environment.
