Base pay range: CA$80,000 CA$100,000 per year, with additional quarterly incentive opportunities.OverviewWe''re seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) with a strong foundation in BIM/VDC and construction to join our team. In this role, you will partner directly with customers to help them unlock the full potential of our webbased 3D site logistics and 4D simulation platform.Location & CollaborationRemote, operating on an Australian timezone schedule, collaborating closely with our team headquartered in Burnaby, Canada.ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional support to users, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.Conduct regular checkins to ensure alignment with customer objectives.Create 4D simulations in cmBuilder, BIM modeling, and data management.Leverage BIM/VDC expertise to guide customers.Develop onboarding plans and support new customers in using cmBuilder.Produce and manage educational content such as user guides, onboarding videos, webinars, and tutorials.Document and advise on internal playbooks and best practices.Collect, track, and report on KPI data.Collaborate with gotomarket and product teams to relay feedback and suggest enhancements.Participate in product roadmap discussions to advocate for customerbenefiting features.RequirementsDegree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum of 25 years of experience in BIM/VDC, construction, or a constructiontech environment.Proven experience with Autodesk Suite, Procore, and Bluebeam.Field experience in construction and/or cmBuilder experience is a strong plus.SkillsProficiency in contract documents, drawings, and schedules.Ability to build and navigate 3D models and familiarity with 3D scans.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problemsolving abilities and a customercentric mindset.Highly organized, detailoriented, and able to multitask.Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events if needed.SalaryBase: CA$80,000CA$100,000, commensurate with experience.Variable: Opportunity for quarterly incentive pay.BenefitsRewarding work with direct impact on global customers.Career growth opportunities driven by performance.Innovative, challenging environment encouraging automation and optimization ideas.Development budget for courses and certifications.Collaborative team culture with events, contests, and volunteer days.Our ValuesWe are Innovative, HardWorking, Humble, CustomerFocused, and value Performance.
