We''re obsessed with how it will be done.Responsibilities:To work alongside the client and/or General Contractor''s team in developing commissioning frameworks that align with the project objectivesTo lead the team onsite in the execution of commissioning activitiesTo develop projectspecific commissioning management/validation documents and proceduresLead project commissioning meetings and be confident in your delivery.Develop and prepare reports that include technical content, progress, and issue resolution.To provide technical commentary on drawings, manuals, and technical submittalsAssign tasks to other discipline leads and manage their progressVendor coordination and managementTo fully adopt the CAI Safety culture by producing taskspecific method statements, JHA''s or other relevant safety documentation. Safety plans prior to project commencement and monthly safety reporting are to be carried outProviding consultative advice to our clients in determining commissioning and validation requirements, commissioning strategies, methodologies, and streamlining commissioning activitiesAwareness of scope change items and report accordinglyAssist the CAI Country Manager with tender submissions and bidsGeneral understanding of LEED/Green Star specifications and requirementsRequired Skills and Qualifications:Qualified Electrical professional with a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering. Considerable experience will be sought to demonstrate project management skills (AIPM, Engineers Australia, CIBSE, ASHRAE, or equivalent professional qualifications are an advantage.)3-6 years or more of relevant experience in Electrical Testing & Commissioning with 2-4 years at a managerial levelMust be a holder of a CPCWHS10001 (White Card Australia)Strong knowledge of Critical infrastructure, including installation of electrical systemData Centre experience is desired but not required.To always work diligently and professionallyAlways ready to work flexible hours as determined by the project demandsAble to focus on desired outcomes and make decisive decisions when change is requiredWork with minimal supervision and create a team spirit within the commissioning teamDemonstrate initiative and be proactive in planning commissioning activitiesAbility to motivate, improve, and gain trust from other team membersCandidates must have a passport or the ability to immediately get a passport.Superannuation contribution in line with industry standardsCareer/Professional Development Opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
