OverviewCaledonia Group Pty Ltd are seeking a Full-Time scaffolder residing in the Hobart region.Long term, full-time employment, Mon-Fri + overtime and shutdown opportunities.Caledonia Group Pty Ltd is a modern industrial services company serving the industrial, mining, energy, domestic and commercial construction sectors.We are currently engaged in many high-profile major project works and are contracted to some of the largest players in the energy, industrial and construction sectors.Only suitably skilled and committed Scaffolders with a minimum of 1 years'' experience and the relevant High Risk Work License will be considered.ResponsibilitiesErect, modify and dismantle scaffolding as per Australian Standards and job specificationsInterpret plans, drawings and written instructions and comply with project specifications to complete works.Report all hazards, incidents and near misses to Supervisors and/or HSE Advisor and all other applicable and notifiable employees.Meet both quality and productivity targets in erecting and dismantling scaffolding.Maintain professional code of conduct at all times and with all dealings with clients and other contractors.Participate in and contribute to daily pre-starts, weekly toolbox meetings and other health and safety initiatives and training.Mandatory skills and experienceCurrent Scaffolding High Risk Work License (together with a minimum of two years'' work experience)White CardWorking at Heights (within last 2 years)Confined Space Entry (within last 2 years)All tickets and licenses must be currentAll candidates will be required to undertake a comprehensive pre-employment medical and participate in an ongoing drug and alcohol screening process.To ApplyPlease send a cover letter detailing your experience together with an updated copy of your CV.
