As part of the Capella family, colleagues will play a key role in launching this iconic new venue and delivering exceptional experiences that reflect Capella''s commitment to excellence, creativity and hospitality at the highest level.Position SummaryAs the Assistant Manager Stewarding, you play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of the hotel''s culinary and service teams by overseeing the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of all kitchen and backofhouse areas. You will lead the stewarding team, ensuring compliance with luxury hotel standards, food safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
