Founded in 2018 by two highly respected property leaders, the business has grown rapidly and now manages more than 20 thriving communities across NSW, ACT, QLD, and VIC.The RoleReporting to the Executive General Manager of Operations, this Portfolio Manager role is responsible for the day-to-day operational performance of a portfolio of lifestyle communities. You will lead a team of Community Managers, ensure consistent operational standards across the portfolio, and play a hands-on role in driving resident satisfaction, financial performance, and service excellence as the business continues to grow.This is a newly created role in a fast moving and rapidly expanding business. The position is suited to a candidate based in the North Coast of NSW or South East Queensland, with communities spread in this region. The role will require regular travel between sites, as well as an expectation to be in Sydney for a short trip once every 4-6 weeks.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and support Community Managers to deliver high-quality operations and exceptional resident experiencesOversee portfolio financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, arrears management, and reportingEnsure compliance with relevant legislation, internal policies, and operational best practiceAct as an escalation point for complex operational and resident matters, including complaint resolutionWork closely with internal teams to improve processes, consistency, and service delivery across the portfolioDrive initiatives that enhance resident engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retentionSkills & ExperienceBackground in strata management, property management, land lease communities, or a similar multi-site environmentStrong financial and operational capability, with experience managing budgets and performance outcomesProven people leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable managing a diverse portfolio with regional travel requiredHow to ApplyTo express your interest in this role please APPLY NOW or contact Jaala Coppola for further information [email protected] or 0409 942 512. #J-18808-Ljbffr
