The Cleansing Operations team keeps the City''s roads, footpaths and laneways clean and tidy. As a Cleansing Crew Operator, you will operate and drive heavier vehicles to ensure Sydney is kept clean and tidy.You must hold a Heavy Vehicle (HR) driver''s licence to apply for this position. We are seeking self-motivated, dedicated people who take pride in their work and can complete physically demanding tasks.What You Must Do to Work in the TeamDrive and operate a variety of plant equipment including street sweepersHold current Heavy Vehicle (HR) driver''s licenceBe physically fit and ableBe available to work weekday shifts, some weekends, and public holidaysHave a proven clean driving recordAdapt to changing priorities and undertake other tasks as directedExperience in waste removal preferredThe successful candidate should have prior experience in the safe operation and maintenance of plant and street sweepers.Position Details & How to ApplyDownload Position Description.
