OverviewAdministration and Accounts Officer role supporting the Theatre venues at Central Coast Council. Oversee the day-to-day administration, requisitions, settlements, banking and reporting of accounts. Temporary part-time role (21 hours per week).ResponsibilitiesOversee financial and accounting systems within Theatre venues.Manage day-to-day administration, requisitions, settlements, banking and reporting of accounts.Maintain accurate financial records and provide timely information to support decision making.QualificationsCertificate III in Business or equivalent; preference for Certificate IV in Bookkeeping.Demonstrated experience in accounts and general bookkeeping, with ability to work independently.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with corporate information systems.Additional InformationStarting salary up to $814 per week, with progression up to $943 per week after skills and performance assessment plus 12% superannuation.Temporary part-time position available (21 hours per week) until January 2027.Location: Laycock Street Community Theatre.Council may create an eligibility list to fill other permanent or temporary vacancies.Other important information: The role is committed to equal opportunity employment and a safe environment for children.
