The Team & Role Grade 1 Dietitians at Bayside Health - Peninsula Care Group work with the interdisciplinary team to deliver dietetic services at inpatient acute and subacute sites (Peninsula University Hospital, Rosebud Hospital, Golf Links Road and The Mornington Centre). Approximately 80-90% of the full-time position is allocated for management of a clinical caseload. Professional and operational management is through the Site Senior Dietitian and Head of Nutrition and Dietetics. All Grade 1''s are supported by a Grade 2 dietitian working closely in the same clinical team, and will have regular supervision and professional development opportunities. Grade 1 Dietitians will also participate in education and quality improvement activities, and will have a unique opportunity to participate in the Buddy Program within the Nutrition and Dietetics Department.
