About this opportunity You will also - Design, implement, configure, and maintain technology applications and integrations, ensuring secure and efficient operations. - Oversee application uptime and performance, proactively identifying and addressing areas for improvement. - Act as a key liaison between IT, technical teams, and business stakeholders, diagnosing and resolving escalated issues promptly. - Offer training and support to staff and managers, ensuring applications are fully utilised and user needs are met. - Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, changes, and solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - Collaborate on projects, assess business needs, and help deliver technology solutions that enhance user experience and align with organisational goals. Your Skills and Experience Seeking an Application Support Analyst with a tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, or a related field and experience supporting business applications. The ideal candidate will have: - Ability to partner with the business to support enterprise applications. - Familiarity with ERP and enterprise systems. - Experience maintaining applications in a Windows Server environment. - Exposure to ITILv4 practices (certification desirable). - Experience in a government or regulated environment. - Sound analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to document processes and communicate technical information clearly. - Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
