Our products support work in health, education, infrastructure, transparency and public services, often in complex and resourceconstrained environments.What you''ll doYou''re someone who loves building things and sweating the details. In this role, you will:Contribute to ideation, technical direction and product discussionsDesign, build and maintain full stack web applications and APIs with a strong usercentric approachBring designs to life with care for interaction, performance and accessibilityBuild and maintain clean, wellstructured backend systems and data modelsSupport the deployment and maintenance of multiple live projectsCollaborate closely with product designers, engineers and project teamsImprove code quality through testing, automation and thoughtful code reviewsIterate based on user feedback and evolving product requirementsShare knowledge, learn from others and contribute to team capabilityAdapt as projects evolve because realworld work always doesAbout youYou''re a pragmatic, curious engineer who cares about the craft and impact in equal measure.
