This role is based on a 14/7 roster, FIFO from Adelaide or DIDO from Mildura and surrounding areas.Food preparation and presentation (breakfast, crib, dinner and functions)Adherence to dietary requirements (allergies, special requests)Assist with stock ordering, rotation and stocktakingMaintain a clean kitchen, equipment and utensilsAdherence to legislated food hygiene and general safety practicesFast, effective service provided with a smileAssisting the broader team as requiredAll about youCertificate III Commercial CookeryFood Safety CertificationMinimum 3 years post-qualification experience in executing all aspects of kitchen operations and food preparation and service, preferably in a remote environmentA manual drivers'' license (preferred) and forklift license (desirable)Ability and willingness to work well alone, and as part of a teamA commitment to genuine, friendly and professional customer serviceA motivated, enthusiastic and positive ''can-do'' attitudeResourcefulness, resilience and creative thinkingAbility to work in a fast-paced, challenging and time-sensitive environmentPride in personal appearance and hygieneSuccessful candidates will be contacted.Stay Safe While Job HuntingWe vet all employer accounts and do our best to keep job ads safe, but scams can still occur.
